This is a Full-Time leadership position within the In Park Revenue Division at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Responsibilities
As the Director of In Park Revenue, you will lead and oversee all revenue-generating operations within the park, including Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Extra Charge, Paid Attractions, Games, and Warehouse operations. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, enhancing the guest experience, and leading large, diverse teams to deliver best-in-class service. This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader who can balance profitability, innovation, and operational execution while aligning with the park’s commitment to Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
- Provide strategic leadership for all In Park Revenue operations, including Food & Beverage, Retail/Merchandise, Extra Charge experiences, Paid Attractions, Games, and Warehouse.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative offerings, pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all revenue-generating locations.
- Partner with Marketing and Park Leadership to develop and execute revenue-driving campaigns and events.
- Monitor sales trends, guest feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all areas.
- Optimize staffing models and operational efficiency to maximize productivity and guest throughput.
- Collaborate with vendors and corporate partners for product sourcing, menu development, and retail offerings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both revenue and guest satisfaction.
