Meet the team
As Dexcom continues to scale across EMEA, we are strengthening how we bring new markets, acquisitions, and channel models to life. The Director of Integration and Channel plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution—ensuring that growth initiatives are not only launched, but successfully embedded across countries. You will operate at the center of transformation, working across commercial, operational, and functional teams to integrate new capabilities, streamline execution, and build scalable operating models that enable sustainable growth.
Where you come in
You design and deploy scalable commercial operating models to support acquisitions, go-direct transitions, and channel expansion.
You own the integration of major commercial transformations across EMEA, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.
You lead end-to-end integration of acquisitions, aligning operating models, channel structures, and execution approaches across functions.
You enable and integrate channel models, including distributor onboarding, governance frameworks, and performance management.
You act as the bridge between enterprise strategy and country-level execution.
You identify and remove structural bottlenecks that slow execution.
You develop scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks.
You drive simplification and standardization across markets.
What makes you successful
Strong experience leading complex transformation and integration initiatives.
Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, legal, and operations.
Background in acquisition integration, channel strategy, or market model transformation.
Structured, process-driven mindset with focus on scalability.
Ability to identify and resolve risks and inefficiencies.
Comfort operating in ambiguity.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience
9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
Remote Workplace:
Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex/Hybrid workplace option.
