We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can take charge of our maintenance operations across residential, multifamily, and HOA properties. If you love turning chaos into calm and leading teams toward excellence — this role is for YOU! 🚀

✨ What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and grow our maintenance team (supervisors, techs, coordinators)
🔹 Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects
🔹 Manage vendor networks and ensure top-quality service
🔹 Track costs, performance metrics, and compliance
🔹 Partner with Property Management, Finance, and Leasing teams to keep everything running smoothly

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7–10 years of property or facility maintenance experience (3–5 in leadership)
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
✅ Skilled in vendor & budget management
✅ Familiar with PropertyMeld, Jobber, or similar systems
✅ OSHA, safety, and compliance knowledge
✅ Bonus: Trade certifications or bilingual (English/Spanish)
