Position Summary

B Facility Services is looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is not a role for someone stepping into an established department with existing systems, KPIs, campaigns, and teams. We need a builder, someone who has created marketing programs, processes, reporting, and teams from scratch and knows how to generate measurable business growth.The ideal candidate comes from the facilities, janitorial, HVAC, construction, building services, property services, home services, or a marketing agency supporting those industries. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to create the company's marketing strategy, establish KPIs, build the marketing infrastructure, support business development efforts, strengthen recruiting initiatives, and develop a scalable marketing team.


What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Build and execute the company's marketing strategy from the ground up
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Generate qualified leads that support business development and sales growth
  • Support recruiting efforts through employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
  • Develop marketing content, campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, and proposal materials
  • Oversee website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media
  • Analyze competitors, market opportunities, and customer trends
  • Build and manage internal marketing resources and external vendors
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership


Required Experience

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven experience building a marketing department, function, or program from scratch
  • Experience supporting business development, sales growth, and lead generation
  • Strong digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and reporting experience
  • Experience creating KPIs and performance measurement systems
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on in execution

Location: Miami, FL (Remote with local travel 1-2 times a week for business meetings)
