Requirements<\/h3>- PhD in Nursing obtained or in progress (preferred) or\n Master\u2019s degree in Nursing with significant leadership experience<\/span>
<\/li>- 5+ years of progressive\n leadership experience in nursing education, healthcare, or a related field<\/span>
<\/li>- Eligible for RN licensure in New\n Brunswick<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of\n accreditation, regulatory standards, and program quality<\/span>
<\/li>- Proven ability to lead teams,\n manage complexity, and drive results<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in post\-secondary\n education is strongly preferred<\/span>
