HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
- Ensures accuracy and optimization of the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Physician Partners’(TMHPP) professional revenue cycle operations.
- Provides strategic direction and oversight for internal processes, outsourced engagements, and key communications to stakeholders.
- Contributes to long-term revenue cycle optimization, transparency, and accountability within the professional revenue cycle operations.
- Collaborates with physician leaders, Information Services (IS), and vendors.
- Identifies and reviews appropriate revenue cycle reports.
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations; monitors financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant, job-related experience
