Director of Sales

The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Job Description:

• Generate room revenue through corporate, group, government, and local business accounts.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
•Conduct sales calls, site tours, and client presentations.

Job Requirements:

•Previous Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or branded hotel experience preferred.
•Previous Director of Sales experience preferred
•Experience with Marriott sales systems and brand standards preferred
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
