Director of Sales (NSO)

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients across hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close business deals.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, or related service industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in business development, key account management, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and sales planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
