Director of Sales (NSO)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients across hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close business deals.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, or related service industries.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in business development, key account management, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and sales planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
