Our Securities Processing platform enables global and regional financial institutions to modernize custody, asset servicing, settlements and post-trade operations through a cloud-enabled, highly configurable solution.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Director with deep expertise in custody, asset servicing and securities processing to support the evolution, implementation and adoption of our Securities Processing platform.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, client engagement and solution delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, implementation teams, product management, sales and engineering teams to ensure our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of custodians, broker-dealers and asset servicing providers.

The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience delivering or implementing securities processing, custody or asset servicing solutions within a financial institution, software vendor or consulting organization. They will possess strong domain expertise, be comfortable leading client workshops and have practical experience supporting transformation, migration and platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for custody, asset servicing and securities processing workflows across the product lifecycle.

• Partner with clients, implementation teams and product management to understand business requirements and translate them into product capabilities and roadmap enhancements.

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and solution design discussions during sales, implementation and transformation programmes.

• Support implementation and migration projects, providing guidance on operating model design, business processes, data migration and platform adoption.

• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in solution designs and product enhancements.

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development based on market trends, client feedback and implementation experience.

• Provide expertise across core post-trade functions including settlements, custody, corporate actions, securities finance/lending, cash management and asset servicing.

• Support sales pursuits by participating in solution demonstrations, requirements discussions and product positioning activities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients during transformation initiatives involving legacy platform replacement, operating model change and post-trade modernization.

• Assist with product documentation, market requirements, business cases and release planning activities.

• Support client escalations and complex business discussions where deep domain expertise is required.

• Work closely with regional and global product teams to ensure consistent product direction and successful client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience within custody, asset servicing, securities processing or post-trade operations.

• Proven experience implementing, deploying or supporting securities processing, custody or asset servicing platforms within financial institutions, software vendors or consulting firms.

• Strong understanding of custody operating models, post-trade processing and asset servicing workflows.

• Experience participating in large-scale transformation programmes, platform migrations or operating model change initiatives.

• Ability to lead client workshops, requirements gathering sessions and solution design discussions.

• Experience translating business requirements into product, functional or technical specifications.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles, product management processes and enterprise software delivery models.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with operations teams, product managers, technology teams and senior client stakeholders.

• Experience supporting software implementations, testing, user acceptance activities and production rollouts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex operational and product concepts to both business and technical audiences.

• Experience working with global custodians, regional custodians, broker-dealers or asset servicing providers is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, market infrastructures, settlements and corporate actions processing would be advantageous.
