Director / Senior Director (Relationship Manager)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director / Senior Director, Relationship Manager to join our growing asset management platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with institutional, corporate, and/or high-net-worth clients, while supporting the firm’s broader business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and engagement
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target client segments and markets
• Act as a key point of contact for client needs, coordinating with internal investment, product, and operations teams
• Contribute to the development and execution of client solutions and investment strategies
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and insights as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5–15 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional sales
• Strong existing network of investors or institutional clients preferred
• Proven track record in relationship management and/or fundraising
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
