Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned global consulting leader with deep expertise in deal shaping, transformational consulting sales, and large-scale business process transformation. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar engagements, shaping and closing complex consulting and BPO deals, and driving enterprise-wide change in Manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing operations. This senior leadership role demands exceptional executive presence, the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for building high-performance teams while delivering measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients, with a focus on US and EMEA regions.

Reports to: Head of Service Lines

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting, deal shaping and sales, crafting client-aligned, transformational engagements in sourcing & procurement domains.
  • Spearhead client-focused consulting and BPO engagements, from solution design to commercial execution for multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Design and implement international procurement services and governance models across global organizations, primarily US and EMEA operations.
  • Drive business process transformation initiatives in procurement & sourcing, optimizing end-to-end operations.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and governance frameworks to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, selection, and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Conduct organizational due diligence, redesign, and restructuring to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performance consulting teams, championing training during periods of organizational change.
  • Support strategic planning, business case development, and executive decision-making for transformative initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Management Consulting: Expertise in deal shaping, sales, and procurement-focused transformational engagements.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Solution design, cost engineering, reduction, and avoidance strategies.
  • Business Process Transformation & Governance: End-to-end process optimization and framework development working with delivery partners
  • Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation: RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and deal closure.
  • Program & Project Leadership: Delivering complex, multi-year initiatives on time and budget.
  • P&L Ownership: Financial modeling, profitability analysis, and commercial acumen.
  • Business Case Development: ROI modeling and executive presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning diverse stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Organizational Redesign & Change Management: Due diligence, restructuring, and adoption strategies.
  • Business Analysis & Outsourcing Models: Nearshore/offshore delivery, BPO expertise.
  • Executive Client Relationship Management: C-level engagement and long-term partnership building.

Education, Certifications & Preferences:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a premium institute (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or global equivalents).
  • Certifications: Globally recognized credentials including APICS (CSCP/CPIM), CPSM, CIPS; Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly desirable.
  • Additional Preferences: International exposure in US/EMEA markets; track record in GCC operations or high-growth consulting environments.
