Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the enterprise-wide talent and capability strategy.
- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership pipeline development.
- Drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Own and enhance the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Establish and maintain leadership, technical, and functional competency frameworks.
- Align talent initiatives with workforce planning and long-term business needs.
- Set standards for performance management, goal setting, and calibration.
- Lead the Learning & Development strategy, budgets, and ROI measurement.
- Oversee divisional learning, leadership, and employee development programs.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Establish policies for global mobility, international assignments, and relocations.
- Integrate talent management, performance, learning, and career development into a cohesive workforce strategy.
- Monitor talent metrics, workforce capability, succession readiness, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management (TM) and Learning & Development (L&D) within large global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global HR best practices, talent management frameworks, and learning technologies.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement enterprise-wide talent, learning, and performance strategies.
- Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and competency framework management.
- Deep understanding of learning strategies, program design, delivery methods, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities across diverse functions and geographies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with a focus on developing organizational talent.
