Director, Technology Alliance Management (Alliance Lead)

Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home)

You make partnerships perform. Not 'fine.' Not 'acceptable.' Exceptional.

You're the one who walks into complexity and walks out with clarity. The one who influences without authority, manages crises without drama, and drives change without waiting for permission.

We need you to own our most critical supplier alliances — end to end. Strategy to execution. Boardroom to frontline.

This role exists because patients are waiting. And the partners who help us reach them need to be world-class. That's where you come in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own one or more major supplier partnerships across clinical operations — governance, performance, risk, and relationship.-Set the bar. Track it. Hold people to it. Have the hard conversations when it slips.

-Lead sharp, decisive governance forums — not slide decks, solutions.

-Spot risk early. When crises hit, be the calm in the storm.

-Influence across every level — study teams to C-suite — with credibility and edge.

-Kill inefficiency. Challenge 'how we've always done it.' Leave things better.

-Coach the next generation of alliance leaders. Shape the future of the function.

-You've transformed partnerships, not just managed them.

-Conflict doesn't scare you. You resolve it, fast.

-You're global, agile, and energized by complexity.

-You know ICH-GCP. You know governance frameworks. You've built them.

-You're self-driven, entrepreneurial, and you make work fun for everyone around you.
