Director, VIP Host
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of VIP Host functions.
- Co-ordinate with relevant marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
- Lead and communicate to VIP Host team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
- Support the senior management in the development and implementation of training programs for VIP Host team members.
- Supervise transactions performed by VIP Host to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Prior experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort environment is a must
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
