Dish Washer

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Hand-wash delicate items and large cooking equipment.
• Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, dry, and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash/recycling.
• Assist with basic food prep (chopping, portioning) and stocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Report any equipment issues to management.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
• Experience in a professional kitchen is a plus, but not always required.
