SUMMARY
The Dishwasher ("Lavaplatos") position performs cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Ensures an environment as free of contamination as possible with the concern for the health and welfare of our clientele and associates.
  • Cleans floors and walls of the kitchens and back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.
  • Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces.
  • Places all soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area.
  • Washes and wipes ovens and stovetops.
  • Stocks cook lines with clean plates.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
