Responsibilities:
-
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen
-
Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations
-
Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal

Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed
-
Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines
-
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
