Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen

  • Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal

  • Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed

  • Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines

  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
