Dishwasher

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Sort, stack, and store cleaned items properly.

• Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to Head Chef.

• Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations.

• Monitor the inventory level of ingredients and notify the Head Chef when stock level is low.

• Anticipate the following day’s supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients.

• Responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking of foods.

• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.

• To perform other duties as assigned.
