Qualifications

Required<\/b>

  • Recent college graduate or early\-career professional excited to start a career in operations or logistics
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Clear, confident phone communication and professionalism with customers and vendors
    <\/p><\/li>

  • High attention to detail and strong follow\-through
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly in a fast\-paced environment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Willingness to work hard, take ownership, and grow in a high\-performance startup environment
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred (but not required)<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Internship or part\-time experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or hospitality
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Interest in construction, logistics, or infrastructure industries
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or dispatch software
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      PLEASE NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.<\/b>
