Dispatch Coordinator Assistant (experience as a dispatcher is required)

  • Answer and manage incoming dispatch calls.
  • Coordinate and assign service calls to drivers.
  • Monitor active jobs and provide updates to customers and drivers.
  • Communicate service status and estimated arrival times.
  • Ensure dispatch information is accurate and updated in company systems.
  • Follow company dispatch procedures and service protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests and job statuses.
  • Utilize VOIP and dispatch software to manage daily operations.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using VOIP systems and cloud-based software.
  • Experience in towing, roadside assistance, trucking, or logistics industries.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software and CRM systems.
  • HOURS/WEEK:
    • 45 hours per week
  • SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:
    • Monday to Friday
    • 7AM - 5PM Central Standard Time Zone

    • Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour
    • Week 9 onwards: $5 USD/hour
