Responsibilities:

• 
  Dispatch field technicians to job sites
• 
  Maintain subscriber records, cable records, and service requests
• 
  Update maps, plant records, and Central Office records
• 
  Prepare and update work orders
• 
  Market company products and services
• 
  Customer Service Responsibilities specific to the Nephi Office (Take money from customers, equipment returns, running the storefront)
