What You’ll Do

You’ll be the central hub that keeps our field running smoothly:

• Receive and document emergency & non‑emergency calls
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset
• Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency
• Schedule appointments using right tech / right call guidelines
• Enter accurate customer and call information into our system
• Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership
• Support a fast‑moving service department with professionalism and confidence

What You Bring

• Previous dispatching experience (required)
• Bonus: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch
• Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan
• Strong attention to detail
• A team‑first attitude
• Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
