Distributed Cloud |Microsoft 365 Specialist, Hybrid

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources tailored to the needs of end-users.
  • Promote adoption of new features by demonstrating their practical applications in workflows.
  • Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement in functionality and ease of use.
  • Analyze trends in user behavior to proactively address common challenges.
  • Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organizational and team-specific needs.
  • Simplify processes and workflows to make tools more intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Implement accessibility features to ensure that Microsoft 365 services cater to diverse user groups.
  • Advocate for inclusivity in software usage and design.
  • Facilitate smoother collaboration by integrating Microsoft 365 apps in ways that enhance teamwork and productivity.
  • Ensure seamless communication channels and document sharing systems are in place.
  • Maintain clear records of configurations, best practices, and solutions for recurring issues, accessible to both technical teams and end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows);
  • Experience minimum 3 years on a similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
