KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Manage sales to achieve the target of the responsible Branch Banking Region/Zone.
- Respond to Branch Banking inquiries, service, or transaction requests and maintain a clear flow of communication among all parties.
- Resolve problems in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
- Coordinate with banks regarding customer complaints and problem resolution and/or compensation.
- Respond to calls from investment professionals and provide them with information on mutual fund offerings, services and operating procedures.
- Recommend asset allocation models or suitable investments for clients according to their objectives, horizon, and risk tolerance.
- Co-seminars with banks on current investment climate and financial market to up-sale or cross-sell with Eastspring products.
- Support and provide professional answers on investment, financial market, fund insights, operations such as error-transaction process, dividend payment dates, fund holidays, etc.
- Provide product presentations, competitor reviews, and financial market commentaries as requested or deemed necessary.
- Present the seller development plan and new customer sales plan to the responsible Sales Head on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate, support and develop relationships with regional managers and zone managers.
- Other assigned by team head and senior leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferred mutual fund.
TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- IC and IP License.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services (Deposits, Loans, SME Banking).
- Branch operations management and process optimization.
- Risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Sales performance analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Core Banking systems and digital banking platforms.
- Team leadership and resource allocation.
