Distribution Partner Specialist

KPI & Performance Management

  • Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs.

In-Store Execution

  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
  • Maintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging.

Commercial Strategy Implementation

  • Execute the channel business plan based on agreed priorities.
  • Align distributor teams for strong execution from day one.

Team Leadership & Development

  • To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.
  • Train, motivate and develop distributor teams in order to maximize their potential and results.
  • Provide field coaching and continuous performance support.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Foster effective communication and a positive team environment.
  • Administration or Commercial Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in Off Premise sector in FMCG.
  • Motivation and team skills.
  • Strong communicational and organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Advanced English preferred.
  • Valid A1 driver's license.
