Division Director

We are seeking a high-performing Division Director of Temporary Accounting & Finance Sales to lead and grow a top-producing team within a fast-paced, results-driven staffing environment. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing a high-performing sales organization focused on temporary and contract accounting & finance placements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a team of A&F sales recruiters and account executives
  • Own division-level revenue targets, forecasting, and overall performance
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand existing client relationships and win new business
  • Drive consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and conversion metrics across the team
  • Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, hiring, and organizational growth
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market through client meetings, networking, and business development
  • Ensure best practices in recruiting, delivery, and candidate experience


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
  • Proven track record of billing success and leadership in a high-performance environment
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams in a sales-driven setting
  • Strong understanding of temporary/contract staffing models
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture
