Doctorate Lecture in Business Organizations. Full-Time Job (2026/2027)

From the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration we are looking for a full-time profile to teach in the Department of Business Organization the next academic year 2026/2027.

Subjects to be taught:

• Fundamentals of Management and Economics.

• Creative Thinking.

• Introduction to Business Management.

• Economics and Business Organization.

• Business Organization and Design.

Education and Training:

• PDH in Business Administration and Management or similar degree within the business field.

• Other degrees (postgraduate studies or courses) within the area of knowledge of "business organizations".

Languages:

• High level of English (C1) is required. The subjects will be taught in English and Spanish.

Professional, teaching and research experience:

• Teaching, research or professional experience in the specific area related to the subject to be taught.

• Teaching accreditations will be valued.

• Scientific publications in the area related to the subject to be taught, as well as participation in research groups, seminars and/or congresses will be valued.

Competences and skills:

• Communication skills, oral and written.

• Ability to generate impact and motivate students.

• Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital media, application of different teaching methodologies).

• High emotional intelligence: self-motivation, empathy and influence.

• Involvement and commitment.
