Job Summary:

Support regional project operations by managing documents, data, and reports to enhance decision-making and project performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate project data and documentation from construction sites across Asia, including quality, schedule, cost, change orders, manpower, safety, and environmental records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate retrieval of project-related information to support management decision-making.
  • Organise, maintain, and control project documents using MS Office and document management systems.
  • Maintain a structured and accessible document repository for stakeholders.
  • Manage Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and support internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with safety and environmental teams to compile compliance-related data and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Attend project meetings to gather updates on project status, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure availability of relevant documents.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
  • Compile monthly reports on project performance, safety metrics, and environmental impact.
  • Analyse data with the Project Control Manager to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication across project teams, management, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries and provide required project information promptly.
  • Utilise MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools to interpret and present data effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project control or document control, with exposure to quality, safety, and environmental management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data organisation and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Strong typing, editing, and data management capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of labour and corporate law.
