JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Manager Customer Service Programs, the Documentation Sales and Customer Portal Administrator will ensure and oversee that all customer and aircraft data entered into FalconCRM is accurate, correctly entered and maintained properly. This person will keep Documentation Subscriptions current and accurate for revision service distribution and invoicing of all Western Hemisphere customers in FalconCRM. Assist management with product and marketing studies.

This person will also:

Be the primary point of contact responsible for qualifying and administering User ID access to the Falcon Customer Portal of the Dassault Falcon website
Produce annual Pro Pilot survey reports and monthly fleet performance reports for management
Act as the subject matter expert for FalconCRM account management, providing assistance and training to others as necessary

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Be the subject matter expert for FalconCRM data as it relates to Accounts, Contacts, and Aircraft
o Responsible for timeliness of updates and accuracy of customer accounts and contact information, as well as aircraft data entered into the CRM System
o Coordinate with all departments within DFJ and Dassault Aviation to ensure data integrity
o Research and validate aircraft movements and changes of operation of Falcon Aircraft utilizing company (Field Reps, Sales Rep, etc.) and industry resources (Regulatory – FAA/EASA/etc., Record keepers (CAMP/Traxall/JetNet/etc.) to cross reference changes
Responsible for the sales and servicing of documentation subscriptions to new and pre-owned aircraft operators
o Effectively assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order entry into FalconCRM documentation sales system
o Responsible for creating, maintaining, and deactivating documentation subscriptions
o Qualification of all orders with DFJ Accounting Department prior to triggering invoice
o Trigger billing related to Documentation Subscriptions and renewals in SI
o Provide Level 1 technical support for products, such as Flight Doc Online and Field 6, and escalating to higher levels of support as necessary
o Keep the customer informed as to subscription or systems issues that are impacted
Responsible for requests for access to Falcon Customer Portal
o Review and manage customer access requests to the portal
o Assist and coordinate with Spares Department related to customer access requests to Spares Online
o Manage Employee qualification and access requests to the portal, including access to Technical Publications (documentation)
o Designated as backup for EH support to DA Customers as required for similar functions
o Administration of User IDs to qualified applicants and employees and supporting those users with access or other issues related to the portal
Produce DFJ Performance Reporting
o Create Business Reports and Performance Indicators as required
o Generate Fleet and Operator activity on monthly or ad hoc basis
o Annual Pro Pilot Survey and AIN Survey reporting
o Assist management with product and marketing studies
Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Management may assign other duties in order to meet business objectives on an as needed basis.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree, preferably in Business or equivalent experience
Five years’ experience in Business Aviation
Four years’ experience using FalconCRM or other CRM products
Advanced MS Office & Windows skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a professional manner
Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Ability to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines
Self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal supervision
Advanced proficiency with Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or MS Reporting Service

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in the French and/or Spanish language is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment
Occasional work during non-business hours and weekends to meet deadlines
Some travel may be required

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $90,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.

Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
