Documentation and Customer Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Manage feeder vessel bookings and schedules.
  • Handle booking confirmations and maintain booking records.
  • Prepare and update booking lists accurately.
  • Oversee container management and coordination.
  • Operate and manage Liner systems, including K-Navi and Aicos.
  • Coordinate closely with port terminals to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with depots regarding container movement and availability.
  • Prepare and proceed import/export documentation and related reports.
  • Support additional operational duties and undertake assignments as required by Team Leaders to meet company objectives.
  • Monitor and update shipment status to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Close job files and ensure timely billing to customers, agents, and vendors.
  • Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Logistics company, Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong Customer Service mindset with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail oriented.
  • Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Fair to good command of spoken and written English.
