Documentation and Customer Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Manage feeder vessel bookings and schedules.
- Handle booking confirmations and maintain booking records.
- Prepare and update booking lists accurately.
- Oversee container management and coordination.
- Operate and manage Liner systems, including K-Navi and Aicos.
- Coordinate closely with port terminals to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with depots regarding container movement and availability.
- Prepare and proceed import/export documentation and related reports.
- Support additional operational duties and undertake assignments as required by Team Leaders to meet company objectives.
- Monitor and update shipment status to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Close job files and ensure timely billing to customers, agents, and vendors.
- Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in Logistics company, Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong Customer Service mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail oriented.
- Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fair to good command of spoken and written English.
