LDC Announces an Opening for Domestic Execution Specialist

Overall Purpose

The Domestic Execution Specialist function provides cross-platform support across the region. The scope of this role includes trade confirmation control, trade finalization, invoicing, supporting accounting documentation, cash processing, commodity payments, and stock reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums, monitor their execution and signing, and upload contract information into the 1C Logistics system.
  • Review and process all required accounting documents (invoices, warehouse certificates, delivery notes/acts, tax invoices) required for payment creation in the 1C Logistics system.
  • Monitor VAT registration and other documents required under contractual agreements.
  • Create payment requests for goods and services in UAH within the 1C Logistics system, verify and transfer information to the Treasury module and Trax system, and approve payments in Trax according to payment sessions (3–4 times per day).
  • Review and verify counterparties’ corporate documents in the EBX system, validate documents received from intermediaries when required under contracts, and upload relevant data into the 1C Logistics system.
  • Support open and completed contracts (including addendums), perform contract closure activities, reconcile commodity quantities, payments and receivables, and maintain accurate records in the 1C Logistics system.
  • Provide necessary information and supporting documentation to the Legal and Risk departments upon request, as well as during tax authority inspections.
  • Control and maintain original paper documents related to UAH commodity purchases in accordance with completed payments.
  • Ensure insurance coverage of commodity stocks in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Perform daily monitoring of the proper functioning of the 1C Logistics system and ensure accuracy of data entered; actively contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Weekly and Monthly Reporting

  • Daily cash planning and monitoring of funds required for commodity payments.
  • Preparation of reports related to stock balances, inventory write-offs, customs declarations, commodity insurance, completion of required questionnaires, and proper preparation of contract documentation for month-end closing.
  • Monitoring reporting on open purchase and sales contracts and preparing additional reports as requested by Traders, Finance, Accounting, and Management.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Languages

  • Ukrainian – Native
  • English – Intermediate (preferred)
