Domestic Execution Specialist /maternity cover/
Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities):
LDC announces a vacancy for a position of Domestic Execution Specialist to cover an employee on maternity leave.
We are open to considering candidates from other cities such as Poltava, Dnipro, Kharkiv, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving, verifying, and maintaining corporate documents of suppliers, as well as entering data into 1C.
- Preparing UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums, and entering relevant information into 1C.
- Controlling the availability of required original hard copy and electronic documents for payments in UAH.
- Processing and posting supplier invoices for goods and services in the system and ensuring timely payments.
- Preparing, reserving, and monitoring cash flow movements.
- Providing necessary information and supporting documentation to the Legal and Risk departments.
Experience, skills and requirements:
- Experience in contract administration or accounting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems.
Education:
- Higher education / Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
Languages:
- Ukrainian – native
- English – Intermediate

- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and demonstrate initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Personal qualities:
- Responsibility and discipline.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
