  • Design\n and execute strategies to improve donor retention and repeat giving<\/b>

  • Strengthen\n relationships with existing donors through personalized communication\n and engagement touchpoints<\/b>

  • Track\n and analyze donor behavior (new vs repeat, donation patterns, ADS\n trends)<\/b>

    • Conceptualize\n and manage fundraising events, donor engagement events, and campaign\n activations<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Lead\n execution of flagship campaigns across locations

    • Coordinate\n with internal teams and external partners for seamless event delivery<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure\n events are aligned with fundraising goals and donor experience<\/b>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      <\/p>

      • Drive employee engagement programs within corporates<\/b> to boost\n participation and giving
        <\/li>
      • Develop\n and manage payroll giving, volunteering, and engagement campaigns<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate\n with CSR and HR teams to integrate employee\-driven fundraising\n initiatives<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Create\n customized engagement plans for corporate partners
        <\/li><\/ul>

        <\/p>

        • Analyze\n campaign performance across INR & USD donors<\/b>
          <\/li>
        • Track\n key metrics:
          <\/li>
          • Total\n revenue

          • Average\n donation size (ADS)
            <\/li>
          • Donor\n acquisition vs retention
            <\/li><\/ul>
          • Generate insight\-driven reports and dashboards<\/b> for internal stakeholders
            <\/li>
          • Use\n data to recommend strategy improvements for future campaign<\/b>
            <\/li><\/ul>

            • Work\n closely with fundraising and marketing teams to amplify campaign reach<\/b>

                Preferred Experience<\/b>

                • 1\-4\n years of experience in NGO / CSR / fundraising / events / employee\n engagement<\/b>
                  <\/li>
                • Exposure\n to campaign\-based fundraising<\/b> is a strong advantage
                  <\/li>
                • Experience\n working with corporates and donor communities<\/b>
                  <\/li><\/ul>
