Doorman (Saudi National)

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with transportation and luggage coordination, and ensuring a seamless flow of activity at the resort entrance while delivering the warmth, elegance, and attentiveness that define the FAENA experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
  • Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.
  • Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.
  • Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.
  • Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.
  • Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.
  • Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.
  • Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.
  • Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.
  • Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.
  • Report safety concerns, security incidents, or unusual activity promptly.
  • Assist with umbrella service and guest comfort during adverse weather conditions.
  • Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest interactions.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or front-of-house operations preferred.
  • Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage when required.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong awareness of safety, security, and guest service standards.
