Technical Skill :-
- 8 + years of experience in the field of .Net
- 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level
- 5+ Good experience in MVC
- Extensive experience developing Web applications
- Advanced SQL coding skills
- Knowledge in Performance tuning
- Hands on SSRS will be a plus
- Technical team management experience including offshore team members
- Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
- Responsible for overall design and standards
- Guide onshore and offshore Developers to ensure standards are met
- Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
- Evaluate new requirements and participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
- Stay current with emerging industry trends
- Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
- Create Detail design document based on the business requirement
- Understanding business requirement and convert into workable development packages
- Good written and oral communication
- Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
- SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed
Work with different teams – Business, Solutions –technical and team of Architects to create overall user interface, Implement solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
- Good comm skills are a big priority
- Duration: 12+ months
