Job Summary

Manage and maintain BIM data and project templates to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes, prepare and update drawings for submissions, and compile as-built documentation upon project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data to meet project requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Create and update project template files to uphold BIM standards and consistency
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes effectively
• Prepare and issue transmittals for drawings to sub-contractors and for official submissions
• Update and supersede drawing revision statuses to reflect current project changes
• Compile and finalize as-built drawings upon project completion for accurate record keeping
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to support project integration
• Detail and document working drawings to facilitate construction and compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and team objectives
