Roles and Responsibilities

• To construct model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction.
• Update model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• To develop design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Monitor and conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution for Project Design Team.
• Achieve the drawing submission schedule.
• To coordinate, communicate with clients and execute project on site independently.
• Good level of communication and teamwork with different individuals representing multiple disciplines to achieve optimum building information modelling (BIM) performances.

Qualification Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Revit Archi, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Microsoft Office and building information modelling (BIM).
• Able to adapt to construction site environment.
