Drafter

Drafting& Documentation

• Support design and drafting (with AutoCad) for Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects, including Architectural works.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and documentation.

Coordination& Collaboration

• Conduct site survey and liaise with Project Engineer/Client.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of drawings and submissions.

• Assist Project Engineer liaises with clients on authority requirements.

• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input on drafting matters.

Quality& Compliance

• Maintain drafting standards, templates, and libraries in line with company and industry practices.

• Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications& Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in architectural projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of A&A works.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams
