Drafter
Drafting& Documentation
- Support design and drafting (with AutoCad) for Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects, including Architectural works.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and documentation.
Coordination& Collaboration
- Conduct site survey and liaise with Project Engineer/Client.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of drawings and submissions.
- Assist Project Engineer liaises with clients on authority requirements.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input on drafting matters.
Quality& Compliance
- Maintain drafting standards, templates, and libraries in line with company and industry practices.
- Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications& Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of A&A works.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams
