Our Client:

Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)

5 days work (Mon-Fri)

East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

UP $5,000 + AWS + transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
Work closely with designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements
Support with quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works, prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents
Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions, assist with material submissions, maintain drawing and document records, and ensure timely submission of project

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience and interior fit-out projects is preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of SketchUp or Revit considered an advantage;
