The Approval Design Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and obtaining statutory approvals for building plans from authorities such as CMDA/DTCP/GCC and other statutory bodies, ensuring full compliance with applicable building bye\-laws and master plans.

Requirements<\/h3>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering<\/b> or a related field

<\/div>Understanding of Occupancy Certificate (OC)<\/b> and Completion Certificate<\/b> procedures
<\/div>Ability to handle multiple projects<\/b> and meet approval timelines
