Draftsman

A\nskilled and detail\-oriented Draftsman with experience in residential plotted\ndevelopments, building planning, and land development projects. The candidate\nshould be proficient in preparing technical drawings, layout plans, contour\nmapping, and statutory submission drawings in compliance with applicable Town\nPlanning regulations, preferably for Goa and Maharashtra.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/h2>
  • Prepare and draft\nresidential plotted development layouts, subdivision plans, building plans, and\ninfrastructure drawings.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Convert and plot\nKML/KMZ files using survey coordinates and boundary data provided by land\nsurveyors.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop accurate\nsite plans, contour plans, grading layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed\ndrawings.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare drawings\nfor approvals and statutory submissions to Town Planning, Municipal\nAuthorities, Panchayat, PDA, and related departments.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with\narchitects, surveyors, engineers, consultants, and project teams for drawing\ninputs and revisions.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure drawings\ncomply with applicable Goa and Maharashtra Town Planning regulations,\nDevelopment Control Regulations (DCR), zoning norms, setback requirements,\nFSI/FAR calculations, and approval guidelines.<\/span><\/span>

  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain drawing\nrecords, revisions, and documentation systematically.<\/span><\/span>

    Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/h2>
    • Diploma /\n ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical\n qualification.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum 5\u20137\n years of relevant experience in real estate, architecture, town planning,\n or infrastructure projects.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience\n in plotted development and statutory approval drawings preferred.<\/span><\/span>

      Key Competencies & Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/h2>
      • Proficiency\n in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth, and relevant drafting/GIS software.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to\n handle contour plotting, topographical data, and land survey\n interpretation.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of\n plotting coordinates, geo\-referencing, and KML/KMZ integration.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n understanding of residential township/plotted development planning\n concepts.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity\n with Town Planning Acts, DCR norms, and approval procedures.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to\n prepare technical sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings\n independently.<\/span><\/span>
