In this role, you will be the face of our shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting & Quality Control
Expertly prepare and serve a variety of signature beverages, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and taste in every cup.
Maintain deep knowledge of the drink menu and ingredients to provide recommendations to guests.
Monitor stock levels for beverage ingredients and perform inventory checks as required.
Customer Service & Operations
Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and handle guest inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all items meet our presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area, including tables and service stations.
General Support & Sanitation
Support back-of-house operations by assisting with dishwashing and sanitizing equipment to maintain high levels of hygiene and efficiency.
Adhere strictly to food safety and workplace health and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or fast-paced service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for quality.
Skillset: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding drink recipes and cleanliness.
Attitude: A warm, proactive, and team-oriented mindset. You take pride in your work and enjoy interacting with customers.
Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
