Driver
We are seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our freight team based at Perth Airport.
This role operates within the palletised freight division of Team Global Express, delivering general freight across Perth metro and industrial areas.
As an HR Driver, you will operate 3-axle heavy rigid trucks (GVM over 8 tonnes) in busy urban and industrial environments. You will be responsible for timely and safe freight deliveries, working to tight schedules within the metro network.
Key Responsibilities
Operate HR vehicles safely across Perth metro routes
Deliver and pick up palletised freight
Manoeuvre in tight access and loading dock environments
Ensure on-time deliveries in line with daily run sheets
Complete pre-start checks and comply with transport safety requirements
Maintain professional customer service on delivery
Requirements
Valid HR Licence (mandatory)
Experience driving heavy rigid trucks in metro or similar environments
Strong spatial awareness and reversing capability
Ability to work early starts (05:30am–06:30am) with finish times depending on daily runs
Reliable, safety focused, and able to work independently
