Job Summary

Perform janitorial and equipment troubleshooting tasks at client premises, generate digital service reports using an app, and deliver quality vector control services with effective customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial services at client premises, including maintaining air fresheners and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service
• Use a mobile app to generate accurate digital service reports for client records
• Carry out vector control technician duties to maintain pest-free environments
• Communicate clearly with clients to provide responsive customer service

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
• Communicate effectively in simple English, both spoken and written

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous working experience in a related role
