Job Description & Requirements
- Worker Transportation: Fetching and sending workers between designated locations (e.g., dormitory to site, site to site, or staff pick-up points).
- Adherence to Schedules: Ensuring employees arrive at their workplace on time, often working early mornings or late nights.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting routine vehicle checks (tyres, oil, water) and minor repairs to ensure reliability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and job site safety requirements.
- Cleanliness: Keeping the vehicle (often a lorry, van, or bus) clean, tidy, and organized.
- Route Planning: Using GPS or knowledge of local roads to find the most efficient routes and avoid heavy traffic.
