📋 Job Requirements:
• Recruit and screen CDL drivers
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Manage driver onboarding and orientation
• Collect and verify driver documents
• Process MVR, PSP, drug test, and Clearinghouse requirements
• Monitor driver documentation renewals and updates
Support driver retention and recruitment initiatives
• Provide professional communication with drivers throughout the hiring process.
