Driver & Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily delivery operations. This role primarily focuses on delivery and logistics support, with additional assistance in general operational and facility-related tasks. This position is important in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and collection of goods to customers and suppliers
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of items
• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items

Logistics Support

• Assist in warehouse operations such as receiving and dispatching goods
• Support packing and preparation of deliveries
• Assist in stock movement and basic inventory handling

Facilities & General Support

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, facility upkeep)
• Support ad-hoc operational needs such as internal moves or urgent errands
• Coordinate and support other departments when necessary

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)
• Comfortable with physical work (loading/unloading items)
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and handle ad-hoc tasks
• Basic handyman or technical experience is an advantage
• Prior experience as a delivery driver, warehouse assistant, or technician preferred
