As a Flight Operations Specialist<\/b><\/span>, you\u2019ll be on the front\-lines of all field operations. From assisting in flight tests and demos to ensuring smooth integration of systems in the field, you\u2019ll play a hands\-on role in proving our UAVs in real\-world conditions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the field, and is excited about growing into operations leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Pilot<\/b><\/span>: Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of internal flight tests, trials, and field demos.<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • User Demos<\/b><\/span>: Support the Operations Manager in planning and conducting demonstrations, tailoring execution to specific client needs.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      • System Integration<\/b><\/span>: Work hands\-on with UAV subsystems\u2014assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and tuning\u2014for mission readiness.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Testing & Feedback<\/b><\/span>: Collect and document flight test data, support root\-cause analysis, and channel insights to engineering teams.<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
          • Operational Documentation<\/b><\/span>: Help create and refine SOPs, manuals, and maintenance checklists.<\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>
            • Tracking & Reporting<\/b><\/span>: Maintain detailed records of operations, flight logs, and system performance.<\/span>
              <\/li><\/ul>
              • Cross\-Team Collaboration<\/b><\/span>: Work closely with avionics, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.<\/span>

                Requirements<\/h3>
                Qualifications<\/b>
                <\/div>
                • Passion for UAVs and willingness to get hands\-on with hardware and flight operations.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li><\/ul>
                  • 1\u20133 years of hands\-on experience in UAV/drone operations as a pilot.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/li><\/ul>
                    • DGCA Pilot License<\/b> is a strong plus.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/li><\/ul>
                      • Comfortable with UAV assembly, soldering, wiring, and field troubleshooting.<\/span><\/span>
                        <\/li><\/ul>
                        • Familiarity with UAV ground control software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl) and flight stacks (ArduPilot, PX4) is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
                          <\/li><\/ul>
                          • Strong documentation and organizational skills.<\/span><\/span>
                            <\/li><\/ul>
                            • Ability to adapt quickly in the field, solve problems under pressure, and work in a team\-first environment.<\/span><\/span>
