Dual Rate Dealer PT

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Dealer:
To provide each and every guest a pleasant entertainment experience by dealing table games efficiently and within established procedures and internal controls.
As a Supervisor:
Responsible for the efficient, secure and guest service oriented operation of the assigned pit area and shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

As a Dealer:

  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations.
  • Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Complete daily postings and balance daily accounts.
  • Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintains and/or obtains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures and rules and works within them accordingly.
  • Reports any unusual situations to pit games supervision.

  • Maintains the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino high quality of guest service. May resolve guest complaints or problems, obtains guest information for player data base and recommends and/or issues complimentary awards within the scope of authorization.
  • Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.
  • May evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate (dealers) personnel.
  • Maintains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures, and rules and monitors for compliance.
  • Maintains all relevant information and documentation as appropriately confidential.
  • May assist games supervision in proper games spread management.
  • Reports any unusual situations to superiors.
  • Has authority to perform fills.
  • Has authority to perform table inventories.
  • Performs the duties of a Table Games Dealer as assigned.
