The STAR7 LLC Academy team<\/span><\/span> works with clients such as\ncompanies and relocation companies to provide language training for families\nmoving to new countries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

We are currently\nrecruiting a Freelance Dutch Language Instructor to deliver in\nperson lessons to a couple in Amsterdam Area, Netherland. This assignment may also lead to additional\nopportunities in the future, supporting other students (virtual and/or in\-person).

Key\nResponsibilities \- in this role you will:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Design\nand deliver engaging one\-to\-one lessons tailored to the student\u2019s level, goals,\nand learning style.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Focus\non improving the student\u2019s fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in Dutch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Monitor\nprogress and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Encourage\nactive participation and build the student\u2019s confidence in speaking and\nunderstanding Dutch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Adapt\nteaching methods and pace based on the student\u2019s evolving needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Maintain\nclear and professional communication with the student and project manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Native\nor near\-native proficiency in Dutch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Proven\nexperience in teaching Dutch as a second language, preferably in a one\-to\-one\nsetting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Strong\nknowledge of Dutch grammar, pronunciation, and usage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Ability\nto create engaging and personalized lesson plans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Excellent\ncommunication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Patience,\nflexibility, and a student\-centered approach.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

A\ndegree in Dutch, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

TEFL/TESOL\ncertification or equivalent is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
